What it is

Meeting audio or transcript goes in. Structured minutes with action items, decisions, and follow-ups come out. Average processing time around 19 seconds end-to-end.

Whisper handles the transcription path for audio uploads. Claude Sonnet via OpenRouter handles the extraction. The 14-node workflow writes results to Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack. Eight fields extracted per meeting. Three test scenarios cover the deploy gate.
